As a managing partner of EXTRA HOMES SL, he manages European operations, identifies market opportunities, and negotiates complex agreements for sustainable business relationships. He is involved in the management and procurement of materials of all kinds.
He has led profitable portfolios and logistics teams, focusing on expansion and process optimization with strategic analysis.
Their experience and skills in strategy, market and risk management favor the growth of EXTRA HOMES SL in the real estate sector.
Joint partner of EXTRA HOMES SL and architect with 36 years of experience in construction, development, management consulting and urban planning.
He holds an Executive MBA, master’s degrees in renewable energy and energy efficiency, financial mathematics and real estate valuation, as well as training in urban planning.

Antonio Villoro Murciano, a magistrate on leave and lawyer, leads the legal area as a founding partner of EXTRA HOMES, together with Álvaro Torres López (FRICS).

Iván González Ciavaldini heads the sustainable wood construction department, operating under the PBS (Panda Building System) brand, in collaboration with his partner Álvaro Torres López.
Senior architect, master in engineering project management, specializing in solar energy systems, and master in bioclimatic design in building projects.
He has extensive experience in the evaluation of sustainable projects, strategic planning and construction management.
For over 30 years, he has participated in the formulation of projects and the development of prototypes for new construction systems.
Following the earthquake in Haiti and considering his academic background in architecture and experience in the use of wood as a building material, the architect Iván González Ciavaldini has developed an industrialized sustainable construction system called PBS (Panda Building System).
With the support of Álvaro Torres López’s team, this system is now patented for Spain and all of Europe, making it possible to build structures of up to eight stories.
The buildings use wood with traditional finishes and guarantee “PASSIV HAUS” standards in residential developments.
This system stands out for its structural properties, as it is based on a frame structure.
Furthermore, its complete industrialization allows for a significant reduction in costs and execution times.
To complete the proposal for EXTRA HOMES residential projects, the system is endorsed (under strict compliance with homologation criteria) by the HELVETIA insurance group (CASER SEGUROS) in terms of ten-year insurance.
Ana María Pérez Lloret leads the commercial area of EXTRA HOMES together with Álvaro Torres López.
He specializes in the real estate and banking sectors, with experience in promotion management, sales, customer service, negotiation and documentation.
She has worked in marketing and mediation of properties for both national and international investors. Her profile integrates commercial, administrative, legal and financial skills, and she has collaborated on marketing strategies aimed at boosting sales.
